According to the renowned culinary guide Gault&Millau, Korean top chef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre is currently the conductor of Belgian gastronomy.
You will find his restaurant L’Air du Temps in an old farm in Liernu. There, he grows his own vegetables, plants and herbs in a 4 ha vegetable garden.
And the vast fields of the Hesbaye? Those are a daily source of inspiration for his grand kitchen.
